These terms cover use of the public Ostanet Labs website. Project engagements are governed by their own agreed proposal or contract.

The site presents Ostanet Labs, its services, selected work, ventures and operated businesses. We aim to keep published facts current and remove claims that cannot be supported. Website content is general information, not a binding offer.
Project discussions
Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee availability. A project begins only after scope, responsibilities, commercial terms and any required agreement are confirmed by the parties.
Work and third-party sites
Project names and visuals are published only with the required permission. Links to client, venture and third-party websites are provided for context; those sites control their own content, availability and privacy practices.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Ostanet Labs website design, copy and original assets may not be reproduced or presented as another organization's work without permission. Client and third-party names, marks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability
