Project enquiries and messages

The Start a Project brief collects the details you choose to provide: name, company, email, optional WhatsApp number, project type and context, optional timeline, and referral source. The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone number, optional subject and message. We use this information to respond, assess the enquiry and manage the potential engagement.

While you complete the project brief, your answers are kept in your browser's session storage so they survive a page change. They are cleared when the brief is sent or the browser tab is closed.

Submissions are not stored on this website. They are sent by email to our team, with an acknowledgement to the address you give, through our transactional email provider, ZeptoMail. We do not sell enquiry information.

Spam prevention and technical data

The form uses a hidden honeypot and rate limiting. A source IP address is processed briefly for abuse prevention and is not included in the email. Cloudflare Turnstile is used only when the feature is enabled.

Analytics and cookies

Analytics is currently disabled. The site sends no visitor analytics to a third party.

When an analytics provider requiring consent is active, it is not loaded until the visitor accepts. Declining does not limit access to the site.

Retention and access

Enquiry emails are kept in our mailbox only as long as needed for follow-up, business records, security and applicable obligations. To ask about information submitted through this site, email hello@ostanet.ng.
